SERVICE & POLISH YOUR WATCH

Is your watch running slow? Broken parts? Condensation under the crystal? Worn it so much that it doesn’t look presentable anymore? We will send it to our watch maker for service and polishing to bring your watch back to factory specifications and get it looking great again!

Good for those who:

  • Know they need their watch serviced, but don’t know where to go

  • Want their watch polished but don’t know who can do it

  • Want a faster turn around than sending their watch to the manufacturer and waiting for four months to get it back

  • Have tried their local “jewelry store” and gotten less-than acceptable results

How it works:

  • Fill out the form with details on the watch that you’d like to service or polish and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours

  • We will discuss your watch with you and what needs to be done

  • We’ll get you an estimate on service and/or polish cost

  • If you decide to move forward, we’ll send you a shipping label to get the watch to us

  • We’ll take care of getting the watch to our watch maker for a final assessment and final price quote

Payment:

  • Payment is due prior to service being conducted. Payment can be made via wire transfer or Zelle.

  • If you decide to not move forward with the service/polish for any reason once we have the watch in our possession, we will return the watch to you, minus shipping fees
