Good for those who:

  • Know that they want another watch to replace the one they’re trading in

  • Are close to finalizing their decision on which watch they want instead

  • Don’t want to waste time waiting for a buyer to come along, dealing with creating accounts at online marketplaces, and high platform commission fees in order to get the money in hand to buy the watch they really want instead.

How it works:

  • Fill out the form with details on the watch that you’d like to trade-in and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours to discuss your trade-in

  • We will discuss the trade in process with you, including which watch you are looking for as a replacement, whether we have it in stock or if it will be a sourced piece.

  • We’ll provide you with a quote for trading up into your new watch

  • If you choose to move forward, we’ll send you a FedEx shipping label fully insured for the value of your watch and include packaging and shipping instructions

  • Upon receipt of your watch, we will inspect it to ensure that it is as described. If there are any discrepancies with the watch, or it is in need of any servicing, we will discuss with you before making any pricing adjustments.

  • Once the watch is inspected and verified, we’ll process any remaining payments for your new watch and your watch will be shipped if it is in stock, or sourced if it is a watch not in our inventory

Payment:

  • Additional payments to The Montecito Collection will be made to us via wire transfer or Zelle

What if I Decide I Want to Sell My Watch During the Process Instead?

  • No problem! We will give you a cash price in lieu of a trade in offer.
