The Montecito Collection is a luxury watch business specializing in the sourcing, sale, purchasing, consignment and consultation of luxury timepieces. We may offer:

  • Direct sales of watches

  • Watch sourcing and procurement services

  • Trade-in or consignment of watches

  • General consultation and market guidance

  • All services are subject to availability and acceptance at our sole discretion

2. Definitions

  • "We," "Us," "Our" refers to The Montecito Collection

  • "You," "Your" refers to the user or customer of our website and services.

  • "Services" refers to the buying, selling, sourcing, consignment, and trading-in of new or pre-owned luxury watches/timepieces

3. Product Information & Availability

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However:

  • Availability is subject to change without notice

  • We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies

  • Product images may not reflect exact condition due to lighting or display differences

  • Watches may be either new or pre-owned

  • All watches are sold as-is based on their described condition and specifications at the time of sale

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated

  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice

  • Payment must be received in full before any item is shipped or delivered

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

  • Accepted payment methods are wire transfer, Zelle, or cash in US Dollars in person in Santa Barbara, CA

  • Accepted payment method modifications will be outlined at the time of transaction if different than stated herein

5. Authenticity & Condition

We stand behind the authenticity of every watch we sell.

  • All timepieces are inspected and verified to the best of our expertise

  • Watches may be new, pre-owned, or vintage and may show signs of wear

  • Condition details will be disclosed prior to purchase

  • Buyers acknowledge that vintage and pre-owned watches may not meet manufacturer’s original specifications for water resistance or accuracy

6. Sales Finality & Returns

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • All sales are final

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted

  • In the event that there is an issue with a timepiece we sell, we will do our best to address the issue, and in the event that there was a material misrepresentation of any timepiece, a return/refund may be authorized on a case-by-case basis

  • If a return policy is offered for a specific transaction, it will be clearly communicated in writing prior to purchase

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • All watches will be shipped by major US carrier insured for the full purchase price of the watch

  • Additional shipping options such as Saturday delivery and priority overnight shipping are available at an additional charge

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors

  • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon shipment

  • Signature confirmation may be required for high-value shipments

8. Warranty & Repairs

  • Warranty: All watches sold by The Montecito Collection are sold as is with no manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Some watches may still be covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty if applicable and transferable.

  • The Montecito Collection does not provide a warranty on any timepiece sold

  • Repairs: We do no provide repair services. While we may be able to facilitate repair services through our network, we recommend contacting an authorized service center for your specific brand of watch for repairs or maintenance.

9. Client Responsibility

By engaging with The Montecito Collection, you agree:

  • To provide accurate and complete information

  • To comply with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Not to misuse or attempt to exploit our services

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, text, images, and branding—is the property of The Montecito Collection and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Montecito Collection and it’s owner(s) from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
